The lads put up a wonderful display in the first half against Midleton with an 8 point lead going into the second half. Going into this match, the lads knew Midleton were good and what they are capable of and most importantly, they knew they didn’t have it won yet, and they were right. Midleton came back strong with a few points and two late goals but CBS Kilkenny always kept the lead and finished out winning by a point.
Best of luck to the lads who play again on Monday 19th.
