What is it?
We here at CBS Kilkenny know that the mental health and wellbeing of our students is vital for their happiness and success in school and in life.
Education about mental health and wellbeing is an integral part of the school curriculum, however we like to take some extra time to highlight the importance of our mental and physical wellbeing during Wellbeing Week.

How we do it?
We do this through a whole school, cross curricular calendar of activities, events, presentations, excursions, competitions and games which is as enjoyable as it is informative!
